This section of our website explains in great depth with issues pertaining to the length of processes Maxxstone must go through to ensure superior Product Quality on each of our tire produced. As one of the major market players in commercial tire industry, we aim to build sophisticated technology and standards in order to achieve better satisfaction from our customers.

To achieve such goals, we have extended our reach to cover several Standardizations of our manufacturing facilities to cope with International Quality such as ISO-9001, CCC, E4, and SNI. All of these endeavors are done and prepared just to bring extra value-added to every product that we produce at Maxxstone.

Aside from the industry standards that we have implemented, we are also very cooperative to our customers when it comes to Product Warranty. Our warranty goes beyond the contract between the manufacturer and the reseller to even the buyer of our products. We pay extra attention to our customers’ feedback or comments about the experience from using our products. Please read the following section for more about our Product Warranty regulations.

Warranty: Maxxstone warrants to the original retail purchaser (“Purchaser”) of every new MAXXSTONE® brand tire purchased from Maxxstone directly, including but not limited to the Maxxstone website (“Tire”) that the Tire will be free from defect in material and that the Tire will be in new condition (“Limited Warranty”).

Remedy: Maxxstone will replace the defective Tire with a comparable new MAXXSTONE® brand tire, but shipping charges and any applicable taxes are not covered by the Limited Warranty. Only those products of current production models and appearing on a current price list shall be eligible for return.

Exclusions: The Limited Warranty does not apply to damage or defect relating to: (1) road hazards (such as cuts, snags, punctures, or bruises), impact breaks, Tire plugs and/or repair, vandalism, accidents, or abusive or unusual operating conditions, fire and/or chemical corrosion; (2) improper operation or maintenance such as, but not limited to, under or over-inflation, load, speed and inflation practices resulting in excessive operational conditions; (3) improper sizing, wheel alignment, Tire mounting or rim fit; or (4) other mechanical problems (such as faulty, worn, or malfunctioning brakes or rims).
